Her sharp analytical acumen, coupled with a creative flair, brings depth and originality to both marketing initiatives and client management strategies.

Having called Kerikeri home for several years, Melika has fostered strong community connections and meaningful relationships, proudly embracing her role as a valued member of the local area.

In her spare time, Melika nurtures her passion for food gardening and enjoys unwinding with close friends over a glass of wine.

Cody Subritzky

Born and raised in West Auckland, Cody made the move to Kerikeri a decade ago, where he’s built a life he loves - raising his family and a fortunate career as a financial adviser.

His journey in financial services began with life insurance, but it didn’t take long to discover his passion for investment property finance.

Today, he’s 15 years into helping people achieve their wealth goals through property, blending his expertise with a genuine passion for financial empowerment.

As a proud seventh-generation New Zealander, Cody’s deeply connected to his Northland roots. He treasures the peaceful country and coastal lifestyle Kerikeri offers, and firmly believe that health and happiness is the foundation of true wealth.

Outside of work, he finds joy in life’s simple pleasures - boating, beach trips, improving his property and unwinding with friends & family over a cold beer.
